Liquid Tank High Efficiency Filter
The liquid tank is filled with two-component gel in the liquid tank of the high-efficiency filter without partitions and used as an installation seal. This seal has high reliability and is suitable for on-site PAO dust and leak detection. It is mainly used in the end of 0.3μm clean room and purification equipment in the pharmaceutical industry to control particles and microorganisms larger than 0.3μm in the clean room or equipment working area.
